If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

WormGPT provides AI-powered tools intended for authorized cybersecurity research, education, testing, automation, and other lawful purposes. Features, availability, outputs, and supported platforms may change over time.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on or using them.
04Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on systems, accounts, networks, and data that you own or are expressly authorized to access. You must not use the Service to:
- Access, probe, disrupt, damage, or compromise a third-party system without clear authorization.
- Create or distribute malware, ransomware, credential stealers, destructive code, or tools intended to cause harm.
- Facilitate fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, extortion, privacy violations, or theft.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, export-control, or other applicable laws and rights.
- Bypass rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, or attempt to interfere with the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, scrape, or copy the Service except where we have given written permission.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and for obtaining every permission required for your activities.
05Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, activation details, devices, and account information secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share, transfer, or sell account access unless your plan expressly permits it. Activity performed through your account is treated as your activity.
06Payments & Refunds
Prices, plan duration, included features, and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant blockchain, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
You are responsible for sending the correct asset, network, address, and amount. Blockchain fees, exchange-rate changes, payment delays, and transfers to an incorrect address are outside our control.
07Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, visual design, branding, website content, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to WormGPT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
08Service Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, specific results, permanent availability of any feature, or compatibility with every device or platform.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WormGPT and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10Suspension & Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the Service unlawfully.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.
